New Store Coming Soon..

The name "Sentro" came from how locals refer to the town proper. In Pasuquin, it’s common to hear residents say, “Idjay man Sentro, Manong,” when heading to town. It’s a word that’s simple, familiar, and meaningful just like the kind of place we wanted to create. On March 15, 2023, Sentro Café officially opened its doors. We started small, with just a few seats and 3 staff members. At that time, there was only one other café in town and we quickly saw that many people were looking for a place like Sentro. A few months later, we expanded our space and added more to our menu to serve more customers. Since then, Sentro Café has continued to grow while staying true to the cozy and welcoming feel that made people fall in love with it from the beginning.
